Compare about the blow moulding and injection moulding

1. The cost for blow moulding machine and blowing mould (blowing tool) is only about 1/3-1/2 of the injection. The production cost is also lower.
2. The blow moulding plastic have better toughness and ESCR.
3. The thickness can be easily adjusted by blow moulding. For some products, they can’t decide the thickness at the very beginning, They can adjust it during the production. The injection will cost a lot to change the thickness of products.
4. Blow moulding can produce the complex irregular shape in one part. For injection moulding, it may need to produce two or more parts then assemble, glue or weld together.
But the blow moulding can’t as precise as injection moulding.
